Georgi Naydenov (1927-1998) was a diplomat and entrepreneur. He was the founder of the Economic Experiment Texim in the 1960s, which encompassed the creation of the first conglomerate in Bulgaria, as well as the founder of the oldest operating private bank in the country, Texim Bank AD, which exists to this day. The family office was created and is owned by the grandchildren of Georgi Naydenov Ionko, Georgi and Slava.
