ValueStreet Equity Partners is a single-family office based in San Diego, California. Established in 2019, the Family Office is a small business private equity firm focused on making long-term investments in quality businesses with up 2 million in annual earnings. ValueStreet was founded by Jim Moran and opened its doors in January of 2019. Jim's primary goal was to build a firm aligned with the long-term needs of founders and families who had built successful enterprises and had a vested interest in seeing their businesses flourish after transitioning to a new owner. In support of being a trusted long term partner, ValueStreet's investment capital is sourced only from family members or the firm's employees and advisors, all of whom share our values of integrity, stewardship, and long-term progress. Our independent approach allows us to act in the best interest of each business we invest in rather than chasing short-term returns of predetermined investment targets.
