Ofer Investments Group was established in 1957 by the late brothers Yuli and Sammy Ofer. The Israeli family office owns multiple hotels in Israel, as well as in Hungary. An exemplary hotel is the 4-star Leonardo Hotel Budapest or the top-notch Herzliya Country Club in Israel.  The group, which in its early years of operations operated in the fields of shipping, investments and holdings (formerly known as -??Ofer Brothers's?), is one of the Israeli leading business groups, operating in a variety of fields in Israel and abroad, including real estate (residential and commercial), hotels and investments. Among its prominent holdings in the past are -??Israel Corp-??, -??Ofer Shipping-?? , -??Kvalim-?? and until 2019, Ofer Investments held controling shares of -?? Mizrahi-Tefahot-?? Bank. The Group specializes in initiation, planning and construction of residential, office and commercial real estate in Israel and abroad. It holds 10 Million Sqft for lease, including shopping and commercial centers, office and commercial buildings, industrial parks and high-tech zones, as well as land reserves for late initiation, development and construction. In addition, the Group initiates and builds prestigious residential projects in Israel and abroad. The Group, which is controlled and managed by Mrs. Liora Ofer, is the controlling shareholder of -??Melisron-?? an Israeli public company (traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange -??MLSR.TA-?? and a member of the TA-35 and 15 real estate indexes) which operates in the fields of lease, management, improvement, construction and maintenance of commercial and office spaces and owns leading shopping centers in Israel.
