LI Family Office is a single-family office based in Hong Kong City, Hong Kong. Established in 2008, the firm operates and invests globally, across all asset classes and stages of development, but with a core focus on two areas (1) financial systems & solutions; (2) and sustainability, including food & agriculture, energy, materials & resources, logistics, fintech, education, health, smart cities & solutions. The firm is an active investor - it only invests where it can add value & does not make passive investments. The firm only invests in funds where they are involved in the management of the fund, or it has strong strategic value. Real estate only if highly distressed. We are a global single family office focused on servicing the needs of the Li family, investing globally across industry sectors and stages, with a focus on improving quality of life at scale. We partner with other family offices worldwide, as well as funds and private investors, to increase our investable amount and access to expertise and investment and exit opportunities. Our focus is on sustainable investment, which not only provides returns for our current and future generations, but also benefits society as a whole and the world we live on. We invest globally, but with a focus on projects where the product, service or technology can be used in Emerging Markets. Our management team has over three decades experience of investing and managing money, across a broad range of industries, products, structures, stage of development, and geographies. We work very closely with the businesses that we invest in, particularly to assist them in establishing or growing their business locally and internationally.
