HQ is one of the largest privately owned asset managers owned by the Harald Quandt family. Around 200 employees support professional investors, families and individuals at our locations in Bad Homburg, Düsseldorf, New York and Hong Kong. HQ manages and oversees assets of more than USD 60 billion. Started in 1981 as a family office, HQ offers specialized financial services with a focus on alternative investments. HQ includes HQ Asset Management, which specialises in quantitative asset management, the global private equity investor HQ Capital and the multi-family office HQ Trust.
