Our permanent capital base is focused on long-term capital appreciation (MOIC, not IRR), and will consider control, minority Investments, as well as creative investment structure. We don't have LPs and are not concerned about raising our next fund (because we're a family, not a fund). We are industry agnostic with a greater focus on basic industries: manufacturing, industrials, business services, consumer products, real estate, retail, and agriculture. We are open to investing in companies at almost any stage of growth and in almost any industry with a USA focus and select international exposure.
