Conormara Investments, LLC is a private family investment corporation - not a private equity fund - and takes a flexible, “patient capital” perspective to investing. We focus on acquisitions and investments of smaller, entrepreneurial businesses (lower-middle market) in the Midwest. Conormara provides capital, management, systems, and other resources to create value - enabling entrepreneurial businesses to grow to the next level. Our significant experience in strategy, marketing and sales, and execution provides exceptional growth leverage to our investments. Ideal candidates are family-owned enterprises where owners are looking to retire, create liquidity or raise capital. Conormara is an active investor and has the ability to add value in either a full-time operator or oversight capacity role. We invest in a limited number of businesses so that we can focus our efforts on helping each business grow. Conormara is a generalist when it comes to industries, but has significant expertise in consumer durables, education content, building & remodeling products, apparel Retail, consumer services, staples, distributors, industrials, and building materials.
