Citystar invests in Private Equity and Real Estate, in France and South-East Asia. Real estate investment is Citystar's historic activity, and represents 60% of the invested capital. In France, we invest mainly in real estate developers. We also diversify our real estate operations, and our assets include renovation, management or hotel projects, or directly development operations. In Southeast Asia, most investment is directed towards land and hotel operations. In Private Equity, Citystar invests alongside entrepreneurs in all sectors, with specializations in: real estate, technology and energy. Our approach is based on the quality of management and the potential of the project: Citystar invests in healthy companies, with the aim of supporting their growth and performance, for sustainable value creation. We proceed mainly by taking majority stakes, within the framework of leveraged transactions (LBO) on companies with a turnover of 5 to 100 million euros. Furthermore, we remain open to opportunities that do not specifically fall within all of these criteria.
