Cannondale Capital Investors is a family investment office focused on investing in lower-middle market businesses in the greater Charlotte area. We are a father and son team of experienced operators and financial professionals who seek to find companies that we can acquire, operate and grow across a range of industries. Our goal is to acquire companies not with the intention of reselling them, but with an expectation to add them to our portfolio indefinitely. We are not interested in quick flips but focused on strategically building long-term value vs. short term profits. Our structure as a family office rather than a fund of institutional capital provides distinct advantages for us. We are not a fund with various investment restrictions and pressures to invest its funds to achieve results within specific time periods. Rather, we have patient, committed capital that provides flexibility to focus on what is best for our companies in the long-term. Our approach is to re-invest our success back into our portfolio, our people, and the Charlotte community.
