Approximately 86 percent of the Saul Centers' property operating income is generated by properties in the metropolitan Washington, D.C./Baltimore area. Saul Centers, Inc. is actively looking to grow its portfolio through the acquisition of operating properties and land for future development. Sellers and brokers of commercial property that meet the following criteria should contact any of Saul Centers' acquisition professionals listed below. Urban infill properties with mixed-use development potential. Preferably transit oriented sites with zoning compatible for high rise apartment development. Grocery anchored neighborhood and/or community retail, preferably with anchor commanding number 1 or 2 position in market share. Land should contain at least 10 acres. Location Primary target markets in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area, as well as other areas of the Mid-Atlantic Size Capacity to purchase single properties or larger portfolio transactions.
