The assets thus acquired were invested in real estate and securities over time. Today, Arthur Waser's assets are broadly diversified.The group manages its own real estate portfolio, acquires stakes in solid companies and invests globally in securities.As part of the succession plan, Arthur Waser established the non-profit Arthur Waser Foundation in Lucerne in 1999. It supports social projects in Switzerland and preferably in Africa, as well as art and culture in Central Switzerland.
