A'ayan Leasing and Investment Company K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Safat, Kuwait. They engage in financial Investments, trading and investing in properties, and leasing activities primarily in the State of Kuwait. It provides lease financing services; acts as financial intermediary and broker; grants credit facilities to consumers; and participates in the establishment of companies, and deals in the shares of the companies on its behalf and on behalf of third parties. The company is also involved in the portfolio management on behalf of the customers; investment in real estate properties in industrial, agricultural, and other sectors; and development and rental of residential land and commercial properties. In addition, it conducts research and studies. Further, the company engages in the sale of construction related products; leasing activities; general trading; and contracting activities, as well as trading of vehicles. The company was listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange in 2002. Aayan activities focused on three aspects, leasing, real estate, and investment. Aayan operates in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic Sharia. The company achieved huge success in the field of operational leasing and became one of the leading companies in this field in Kuwait and the region.
